- Information from lead forms on sites such as Nextdoor and Angi when you ask us for a quote there.

Advertising and your choice to opt out
You can opt out at any time of having your information used for advertising or marketing purposes.
To opt out, email customerservice@sparklean.biz or call or text 719-487-9570 and say “opt out of advertising.”
Once we receive your request, we will stop using your information for advertising and marketing. That includes not adding it to advertising audiences and removing it from any audience lists we control.
You will still receive the messages we need to provide service you request, such as quotes, appointment confirmations, and invoices. Opting out does not affect your service.
You can also reply STOP to any marketing text message, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the business (scheduling, payments, email and text messaging, and website hosting), with advertising platforms only if you have not opted out, or when required by law.
SMS / Text Messaging
Sparklean Cleaning Services uses mobile numbers collected for text alerts only to send those alerts. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Keeping your information safe and how long we keep it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed to provide service, keep business records, and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of advertising, by contacting us. We respond within 45 days. Colorado residents may have additional rights under Colorado law.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

- Message frequency varies.
